Darryn Bonhomme is a professional chef with experience across fine dining, organic cooking and health-focused cuisine in both Australia and South Africa.
As former Executive Chef of Gwinganna Lifestyle Retreat, one of Queensland's most respected wellness destinations, he built his reputation cooking healthy and seasonal menus designed around inflammation reduction and whole-body wellbeing.
Bonhomme is built on the same principles: whole ingredients, honest sourcing, and food that is thoughtfully prepared for the people eating it.
Darryn works closely with clients, naturopaths and nutritionists to design menus aligned with specific health goals, or simply to create an exceptional dining experience.
Background
Trained at the Christina Martin School of Food & Wine in Durban, one of South Africa's most celebrated culinary schools, where the foundations of classical technique, precision and a genuine respect for ingredients are built.
